4. Project Timelines

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before the start of each project. Delays caused by client approvals, content delivery, or changes in project scope may impact delivery dates. We strive to adhere to deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by third-party services, software, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project. Invoices will be issued based on the milestones agreed upon with the client. Full payment is due as per the invoicing schedule unless otherwise stated. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension of services, and additional late fees may apply.

6. Revisions and Changes

We offer a set number of revisions for all design and development projects, as outlined in the project proposal. Any additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon in writing with the client.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final product (website, app, or graphic design) will be transferred to the client. Finberg Solution retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All third-party resources used in the project, such as fonts, stock images, or plugins, are subject to their respective licenses, and clients are responsible for adhering to these terms.
